Or swap: Bitter Lemon — citrusy, bittersweet, Soda Water — cleaner, no quinine bitterness
- Angostura Bitters· not in your bar4 dashes
Or swap: Orange Bitters — citrus-forward, Peychaud's Bitters — brighter, anise-tinged
- Lime(optional)· not in your bar1/2

- Vodka· not in your bar1 ¾ oz
Or swap: Gin — adds botanical notes, White Rum — a touch sweeter
Instructions
Shake a tall glass with ice cubes and Angostura, coating the inside of the glass.
Por the vodka onto this.
Add 1 slice of lime and squeeze juice out of remainder.
Mix with tonic.
Stir and voila you have a Long Vodka.
