  • Sweet Vermouth· not in your bar1 ½ oz

    Or swap: Dubonnet — wine-ier, lightly spiced, Port — richer and fruitier

    Or swap: Bourbon — sweeter, Irish Whiskey — softer, no smoke

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

  2. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
