  • Absinthe¼ oz
  • Rye Whiskey2 oz

Instructions

  1. Pour the absinthe into a coupe glass and swirl to completely coat the inside.

  3. Add the other ingredients to a mixing glass and fill it 3/4 full with ice.

  4. Stir until chilled, then strain into the glass rinsed with the absinthe.

  5. Garnish with lemon zest.
