    Or swap: Old Tom Gin — slightly softer and sweeter, Vodka — cleaner, less botanical

Instructions

  1. Half-fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Mix the gin and Grenadine together and pour over the ice.

  3. Add the lime or lemon juice and top off with soda water.

  4. Decorate the glass with lime and/or lemon slices.
