Gin Cocktails

107 recipes

Most of the drinks that built cocktail history are built on gin: the Martini, the Negroni, the Gimlet, the Aviation. Juniper plays well with citrus, dry vermouth and bitter aperitivi, which is why so many of these 107 recipes need only three or four bottles.

If you're starting out, mix a Gin and Tonic with fresh lime, then work up to a Negroni (equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth) and a French 75. Each recipe shows measures in oz or ml, plus ABV and calories per serving.
