Ingredients

  • Orange Peel(optional)
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Dry Vermouth
  • Soda Water
  • Lemon Peel(optional)
  • Gin

Instructions

  1. Stir powdered sugar and 2 oz. carbonated water in a collins glass.

  2. Fill glass with ice.

  3. Add gin and vermouth, and stir.

  4. Fill with carbonated water and stir again.

  5. Add the twist of lemon peel and the orange spiral so that the end dangles over rim of glass.
