Strawberry Sidecar

Strawberry Sidecar

Fresh strawberries muddled into the classic cognac-and-Cointreau sour, shaken and fine-strained into a sugar-rimmed coupe. Bright berry fruit softens the brandy's edge without losing the drink's citrus snap.
