Ingredients

  • Lemon Juice· not in your bar1 1/2 tblsp

    Or swap: Lime Juice — sharper, greener

  • Sugar· not in your bar1 cup

    Or swap: Honey — floral sweetness, Simple Syrup — dissolves instantly

  • Guava Juice· not in your bar2 cups

    Or swap: Mango Juice — sweeter, thicker

  • Pineapple Juice· not in your bar3-4 cups

    Or swap: Orange Juice — softer, everyday swap, Passion Fruit Juice — tangier, more tropical

  • Ginger· not in your bar2 tsp

    Or swap: Ginger Syrup — adds sweetness too

  • Water· not in your bar3/4 cup
  • Pineapple· not in your bar1 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Add 1/4 cup water to ginger root.

  2. Boil 3 minutes.

  3. Strain.

  4. Add the liquid to the guava, lemon and pineapple juices.

  5. Make a syrup of sugar and remaining water.

  6. Cool.

  7. Combine with juices and pineapple.

  8. Chill throroughly.
