Ingredients

  • Cachaça2 oz
  • Sugar4 tsp
  • Lime(optional)1

Instructions

  1. Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon). Fill the glass with ice and add the Cachaça. Stir gently. Note:

  2. Caipiroska – Instead of Cachaça use Vodka;

  3. Caipirissima – Instead of Cachaça use Rum.

  4. Caipirão – Instead of Cachaça use Licor Beirão
