Ingredients
- Cachaça2 oz
- Sugar4 tsp
- Lime(optional)1
Instructions
Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon). Fill the glass with ice and add the Cachaça. Stir gently. Note:
Caipiroska – Instead of Cachaça use Vodka;
Caipirissima – Instead of Cachaça use Rum.
Caipirão – Instead of Cachaça use Licor Beirão
