Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and spices in water.

  2. Leave in the water for 30 minutes.

  3. Strain the spiced water and mix with the wine.

  4. Heat slowly until short of boiling temperature.

  5. (To remove alcohol, let it boil for a while.)

  6. You may add lemon or orange juice to taste.

  7. Serve in irish coffee cup.
