    Or swap: Coffee — brew it double-strength

  • Honey· not in your barUnsweetened

    Or swap: Agave Syrup — milder, pours easier, Maple Syrup — deeper caramel

  • Cocoa Powder· not in your bar

    Or swap: Hot Chocolate — sweeter — cut other sugar

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso.

  2. In a coffee mug, place 1 teaspoon of unsweetened powdered cocoa.

  3. Then cover a teaspoon with honey and drizzle it into the cup.

  4. Stir while the coffee brews, this is the fun part.

  5. The cocoa seems to coat the honey without mixing, so you get a dusty, sticky mass that looks as though it will never mix.

  6. Then all at once, presto!

  7. It looks like dark chocolate sauce.

  8. Pour hot espresso over the honey, stirring to dissolve.

  9. Serve with cream.
