Ingredients
- Prosecco2 oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Lime Juice¾ oz
- Gold Rum1 ½ oz
- Mint(optional)6-8 pieces
- Simple Syrup1 oz
Instructions
Shake a handful of mint, 2oz white rum, 1oz of sugar syrup, 1oz lime juice and 2 dashes angostura bitters with ice.
Double strain into a glass and top with 2oz of prosecco.
