Ingredients

  • Prosecco2 oz
  • Angostura Bitters2 dashes
  • Lime Juice¾ oz
  • Gold Rum1 ½ oz
  • Mint(optional)6-8 pieces
  • Simple Syrup1 oz

Instructions

  1. Shake a handful of mint, 2oz white rum, 1oz of sugar syrup, 1oz lime juice and 2 dashes angostura bitters with ice.

  2. Double strain into a glass and top with 2oz of prosecco.
