Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup in a collins glass.

  2. Fill glass two-thirds with ice.

  3. Add rum and watermelon puree.

  4. Top with club soda to fill glass.

  5. Stir well.

  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint or small wedge of watermelon, if desired.
