Ingredients
- Soda Water· not in your bar
Or swap: Lemon-Lime Soda — sweeter, citrusy, Tonic Water — adds a bittersweet edge
- Powdered Sugar· not in your bar1 tsp

- White Rum· not in your bar½ oz
Or swap: Cachaça — makes it punchier, Gold Rum — richer, slightly oaky
- Lemon(optional)· not in your barJuice of 1/2

Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water.
