    Or swap: Lemon-Lime Soda — sweeter, citrusy, Tonic Water — adds a bittersweet edge

  • Powdered Sugar· not in your bar1 tsp

  • White Rum· not in your bar½ oz

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.

  2. Fill with carbonated water.

  3. Stir, and serve.
