Instructions
In a Collins glass, muddle mint leaves and lime wedges together.
Add passion fruit pulp, sugar, and continue to muddle to release the juices.
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour in the white rum, and top with soda water.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of lime, then serve.
